Crazy For You

Back at the Scera Outdoor Amphitheater for a summer performance of Crazy for You. After having played Bobby in this production with the Cache Regional Theater Company, I now have the opportunity to play his alter-ego Bella Zangler in this hillarious musical comedy. Featuring the classic tunes of George Gershwin, this is one of my very favorites. I'm also super excited to get to share the stage with my wife Julia who will be playing Irene Roth. Liken's: The First Christmas

This Christmas, Liken is returning with The First Christmas. Adapted from one of the most popular movies in the Liken series, this stage version includes all the songs fans have come to love from the film, along with brand new music and dancing created especially for this production. After originating the role of Omar the Shepherd and also playing Omar in last year's stage production, I get the change things up a bit and play the role of Joseph. This show has particular meaning to me as it is what brought my wife and I together for the first time. We met performing in this show. This year's production will also include an updated set, a brand new original song, and a touching new modern day storyline. Christmas continues to be such a special time of year for me and I look forward to celebrating it again this year with my Liken family. Come join us and be sure to say hello after the show.

Celebrate America Show 2015

The Celebrate America Show returns for its' 15th Anniversary season to the Utah State University Ballroom. This is my 6th year of involvement with this program and 2nd year as Executive Director. I really appreciate this organization and the work they do to pay tribute to the men and women of the millitary. I am also excited to be invited back as the Host/MC for this very special anniversary event. If you're in Cache Valley in September, come join us for a step back in time to a 1940's radio show. The men and women of the WW II era are considered to be the greatest generation in our nations history. It's always a pleasure to be reminded of the sacrifice and courage shown by our "Star Spangled Men", both past and present.

The Scarlet Pimpernel

Well, it's finally happened... After several years of looking for the right opportunity, I finally get to scratch off the last remaining role in music theater from my bucket list. This summer, I have the fantastic opportunity to play one of my all time favorite characters, Sir Percy Blakeney in The Scarlet Pimpernel. The show will be playing in August at the Scera Outdoor Theater in Orem, Utah. It will also have a week long run at BYU in conjunction with Education Week. This one should be fun. I Crave The Rain

I've been playing the piano and writing music since I was 8 years old. I have a lot of original music, arrangements and contemporary songs in my head, but this is the first one that I have actually recorded in any way, shape, or form. It was inspired several years ago by a dear friend of mine who expressed her childhood fantasy of being kissed in the rain. This is one of several original songs that I am recording for an album entitled "Along The Way". All of my songs have been inspired by my personal relationships and life experiences which have transpired along the way... hence the name of the album. Hope you enjoy.

Utah Foundation for the Blind

A little while ago, I became aquainted with several very immpressive young people from the Utah Foundation for the Blind and Visually impaired. As a result, I had the opportunity to co-write a song to be submitted as the theme song for the organization and what it represents. Come join us this weekend, Friday February 10, at the Red Lion Hotel for the "Love is Blind" benefit dinner to support the many programs and activites that are offered through this great organization. I will be performing the song that we wrote for the foundation as well as my own original music.

Miss Cache Valley Pageant 2012

The Miss Cache Valley Pageant will be making it's way to the Ellen Eccles Theater in Logan, Utah this weekend to crown the new Miss Cache Valley 2012. I'll be the MC for the evening along with the current Miss Cache Valley, Stephanie Romney. The pageant will be Saturday, January 28th at 7:00pm. I spent many years in Cache Valley while going to USU and I have many dear friends in Logan. If you are in the area, come see me and be sure to say hi.

Jonah and the Great Fish

Liken's newest film "Jonah and the Great Fish" has its release today! This is my 4th Liken film and I'm extremely honored to be a part of it. This is Liken's first feature length film and the special FX are by far the best of any Liken film. There are some very talented performers in this film and it is definately worth checking out. Starbiz Television Show

Starbiz is a new reality format Television show showcasing singer/songwriters. I recently had the opportunity to perform in the very 1st episode as a singer/songwriter and showcase some of my own original music for the the first time ever. This project was quite a learning experience for me and I look forward to many other opportunites like it.

"He is Born"

The fifth Liken Movie (my 3rd film) was The First Christmas. In this episode, I got to play along side my good friend Josh Tenney as Omar the Shepherd. This film was so meaningful for me and I'm so grateful I was given the opportunity to sing the lead vocal in one of the most beautiful christmas songs around, "He is Born". I got to sing alongside a great Acapella group and I really enjoyed filming this role.

This is the first Liken film in a 9 film series of live action musical films based on Book of Mormon and Bible stories. In this first film, I played Nephi's brother Sam (or as I am referred to in the film as "Sam I Am"). It's been such a pleasure for me to be associated with these films. The Cast and Crew on these films are true professionals and I have had the time of my life performing in these films.

Midway To Heaven

Midway To Heaven was released in theaters on February 4th, 2011. Produced and Directed by Michael Flynn, this film is based off of the popular novel by bestselling author Dean Hughes. I've been fortunate enough to spend some time with director Michael Flynn and his family growing up and I have always looked up to him both in talent, and in life.
